Mark Demyanovich, Ph.D., president of TSFR, Mark brings over 35 years of education and training experience as a manager, designer, and consultant. He has worked and consulted predominantly within the high tech and medical industries, as well as in higher education. His experience lies in the analysis and design of training solutions for complex problems, program management of solutions through implementation, business planning, and program evaluation.

Karen Demyanovich

Karen Demyanovich is Director of Research at TSFR. Karen also brings extensive experience in the field of education and learning. While actively teaching, Karen supports TSFR's research and development efforts as well as oversees the quality control of course materials and program deliveries. Karen's attention to detail and probing analysis has resulted in significant improvements to TSFR's portfolio of offerings.
